 Leslie
Ridenour, Broker, CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES,
received her real estate license in 2001 and started working
at ERA Landmark in November 2002. Leslie specializes in
residential real estate, new construction, and land sales.
With over thirty years of business experience, Leslie is
very knowledgeable and competent. She helps friends and
family find their dream homes and takes great pleasure in
assisting them with buying or selling their homes.
Leslie has served on many committees in the Bozeman area.
She has been very active in fundraising for Morning Star
School and the MSU Tennis Teams. She has also served as
President of Morning Star School Parent Advisory Council and
on the Board for the MSU Tennis Facilities and Bozeman
Tennis Association. She is currently on the Board for the
Annual Dinner & Auction for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of
Gallatin Valley. Leslie also is a member of the National,
Montana, and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the
Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service and a member of
the Chicago Board of Trade.
Leslie attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque,
New Mexico and majored in Business. She continues her real
estate education by attending numerous courses on a
continuing basis.
Leslie and her husband Rod moved to Bozeman in 1992 from the
Chicago area. They enjoy living and raising their three sons
in Bozeman. When not working, Leslie enjoys time with her
active family and plays as much tennis as possible. She also
enjoys photography, gardening, and cooking.

Sannah Brandt is our
Financial & Production Coordinator,
located in our 19th Street location.
She supplies us with
up-to-the-minute information
regarding area demographics and
market trends. She can assist your
ERA Associate with information and
analysis about your property’s
projected sales rate, days on the
market, absorption rate and current
competition. She handles the agent
ledger and accounts payable. Sannah
also works closely with Kelly
assisting her with Marketing. She is
responsible for the weekly
production of our newspaper ads and
updates property and company data on
eralandmark.com. She also is
responsible for HomeSeekers, B2B,
and Montana Commercial. Originally
from Bozeman, MT, Sannah earned her
Bachelor of Arts degree in
Statistics and a Minor in Business
Administration from University of
North Florida in 2005. She moved
back to Bozeman in 2006.

Jen Burrows received
her real estate license from the
Montana Board of Realty Regulation
in March 2007. Jen is very familiar
with Bozeman, having lived here on
and off for the past 13 years. She
moved back to Bozeman to raise her
children after finishing a tour of
duty in the United States Navy. She
has always studied computer programs
and computer sciences. She is
proficient with many programs and
puts those skills to work in the
field of real estate. Jen has worked
as a licensed real estate assistant
since 2007 and is
currently assisting ERA Landmark in
their technology department. Her
office is based in our historic
downtown Bozeman office located at 8
E. Main Street. She loves her work
and is looking forward to many happy
years to come.

joined the sales staff

in October 1990.
Erlenbush actively
manages the business and
brokerage concerns of
her company. ERA

full-time real estate
professionals who
specialize in all
aspects of real estate.
The company has
maintained a premiere
status in the
marketplace for over a
quarter of a century. In
February 2002, the

Erlenbush acquired
Intermountain Property
Management and
MontanaVacation.com in
October of 2003. In
March 2004, ERA Landmark
acquired Western Land
Office in Livingston and
Clyde Park. NAI Landmark

Kelly Lawlor joined ERA Landmark
in 2005. Kelly works closely with your ERA
Associate to position your property for maximum
exposure in the marketplace. She is responsible
for the creative design and production of all of
our specialty ads and marketing materials as
well as ERA’s real estate guide. Originally from
Denver, Colorado, Kelly earned her Bachelor of
Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations
from Colorado State University in 2002. She
moved to Bozeman in 2003. Kelly serves on the
Marketing Committee for the Greater Gallatin
United Way and is a Sweet Pea Festival
volunteer.

In 1989, after enjoying a
successful career in the food and beverage
industry, Peanuts began her career in real
estate with ERA Landmark Real Estate. She earned
her Montana Real Estate License the following
year. Because of her outgoing personality and
desire to grow professionally, Peanuts acquired
the responsibilities of Relocation Coordinator
for the company.She understands the stress and
confusion involved when someone moves across the
country or just across town. She takes special
pride in matching her clients with the right
sales associate and ultimately the right
property. To show her appreciation for living in
such a beautiful community, Peanuts is actively
involved in the Montana State University
Athletic Scholarship Association and Bobcat
Booster Club and has volunteered time to Montana
Public Broadcasting (PBS), Bozeman Area Chamber
of Commerce and the Gallatin Valley Big Brothers
and Sisters program.
